If you already have video files, music and images that you want to use in your production (for example on your computer’s hard drive, a removable device, etc.), you can import the files directly into CyberLink PowerDirector’s library in the Media Room.
CyberLink PowerDirector supports the following file formats:
Image: JPEG, TIFF, BMP, GIF, PNG
Video: DV-AVI, Windows-AVI, DAT, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, DVR-MS, VOB, VRO, WMV, MOV, MOD, TOD, MPEG-4, MTS, M2TS, JTS, TS, M2T
Audio: MP3, WAV, WMA
Note: the supported file formats depend on the version of CyberLink PowerDirector you have installed on your computer. Check the readme file for detailed versioning information.
Click to import media into the media room’s library, using one of two options:
- import media files individually.
- import an entire folder that contains media files you want to use in your current project.
Note: you can also drag and drop media onto the CyberLink PowerDirector window to import it into the program.
